It’s a brilliant move! If Ukraine is admitted to NATO now, Russian aggression will be met by the full force of NATO.

Do you think Putin will allow Ukraine to become a member of NATO, while his country is denied? Unfortunately, I don’t even think his resignation will be enough. He wants what he was fighting for in the first place, and the 🤡 is all too happy to give it to him, and stick it to Zelinsky, the guy who exposed his extortion call. He’s dealing with a vengeful child, and his murderous idol.

I don’t think Putin will go for this, any more than Zelenskyy will go for ceding any of Ukraine’s sovereign territory to the Russian invaders. But Zelenskyy’s offer is a slap in the faces of both Putin and Trump, whose representatives are meeting right now — behind closed doors — to effect Ukraine’s total extinction as a nation.

100% true. And thank goodness Saudi Arabia is in on those behind closed door meetings to “help work things out”.🙄

And if they don’t give him NATO membership, but instead offer “peace”? BIG mistake.

If Putin says he’ll give Ukraine peace if Zelensky resigns, the terms of that peace will still need to be negotiated with Zelensky. Zelensky has simply added himself to Ukraine’s bargaining position, a canny move.

I can't imagine Trump and Blackout Pete allowing that to happen.

Trump and Putin are planning a “peace deal” without any input from Zelensky or the EU. This is as corrupt as Putin’s original invasion to “denazify” Ukraine.

Trump and Hegseth have made it clear that the US will pull out of NATO. Expecting any other action from them is naive. They are betraying our allies as well as Ukraine.

When people tell me the Russians will inevitably annex Ukraine because they’re bigger and more powerful, I remind them of the Vietnam War.

Putin and Trump didn’t count on the Ukrainian people fighting back. They’re making the same mistake again.
