Free speech means you can say pretty much whatever you want, although you can’t incite violence or yell “fire“ in a crowded theater. Free speech doesn’t mean, though, that other people have to listen to you. In other words, they should be able to block you.
Seriously? Did you expect the NC supreme court to do anything else? It's not really worried about RFK Jr. being on the ballot or not. It wants to delay the mailing of the mail-in ballots; because they will now be at least two weeks late, and you can be sure they will not extend the time for them to be received.

Senate Judiciary can hold off on those hearings - if the horrific happens and the gross Orange Turd wins Joe can keep him out of office because he's immune from turning over the election to a Autocratic WannaBe Dictator who will trash the Constitution to SAVE THE COUNTRY from Project 2025. Joe has every right and should use his immunity to save Democracy IF it comes down to that!!

I believe the Supreme Court left the immunity decision up to them. They would give trump immunity but I know they give it to Biden.
