Let's face facts Hunter Biden is only in this situation because his last name is Biden. Anyone else would have gotten the plea deal the US Attorney sabotaged to get out of trouble with the maga cult members in congress. I truly hope the President pardons his son on his last day in office.

YES! If Trump can pardon Roger Stone, President Biden can certainly pardon Hunter.

No, Hunter is in trouble because he broke the law and was caught. I do not think Joe will pardon him because Joe believes in the rule of law and that pardoning friends and family for breaking the law is something that the orange sociopath would do. Joe is too honest for that nonsense.

As an actual historian (14 books so far), I want to make clear that the neo-Nazi "historian" Fucker Carlson interviewed is not an historian. He has no education past high school, has never published anything "historical" unless somehow crap pulled out of his ass and posted on two scumbag far right podcasts is "history."

He's just another dumb fucking incel who thinks he's an Alpha Male when he's actually just another Gamma.

I have not seen this anywhere but Hunter Biden had a TBI at age two and this was something not well appreciated at the time, in addition to the trauma of being in that accident and seeing his family so dreadfully injured, at an age when he did not have the language to process it. These two factors could easily account for his difficult history.

I’m actually shocked that a DA in a red county actually charged the father of the school shooter with 4 CTs of involuntary manslaughter, 2cts of second degree murder and 8 CTs of child abuse. This happened just 80 miles southeast of me and it’s heartbreaking. But it does show that some republicans in Georgia still believe in the rule of law. Just not their congressional rep who sends out cards of him holding his AR15.

Well they have to blame someone! And it's sure not going to be the GQP's failed "do nothing" policy towards gun control.

Describing them as “useless idiots“ or even “regular idiots“ is much too kind.

Weird, pathetic, lying idiots is more appropriate.

I’m confused. With all the after birth abortions going on, who actually needs child care? 🙄

The sentencing of Hunter is going to be interesting. After all, he DID pay back all the taxes AND the interest and I believe some penalties, some years ago. We definitely have to jail for forever everyone who actually PAYS back taxes to keep the system honest, right?

And those are mitigating factors and will be considered by probation in its sentencing memorandum to the court and by the judge at sentencing.
