BREAKING: MeidasTouch Podcast THREE-PEATS at #1, Trouncing Right-Wing Hosts

The game changing brother-founder trio at MeidasTouch Network (MTN) continues to disrupt the media industry as an independently owned and operated pro-democracy news network, making no apologies for holding Trump accountable. MTN’s success in only five years of business is remarkable.
Hot off the presses is the Meiselas brothers’ latest achievement: Just-released podscribe.com rankings show – for the third consecutive month – The MeidasTouch Podcast had the MOST total downloads and views of all podcasts nationwide regardless of genre or ideology.
Put another way: Since Jan 1, Americans have sought their podcast news more often from MeidasTouch than from any pro-Trump host or legacy media podcast in the podcast medium.
That’s because progressive Americans are buckling down, organizing in digital and offline spaces, and fighting relentlessly in opposition to Trump’s agenda. Our folks are leaps and bounds more engaged than the MAGA crowd.
Like-minded Americans are stepping up, from the 50501 protests to Bernie Sanders-AOC rallies across the country, and they’re staying informed through sources like MTN or Substack creators who never have and never will kiss the ring of Donald Trump.
At the end of 2024, podcasts were considered solidly conservative territory. Right-wing podcast dominance was cited over and over in legacy media hot takes following the 2024 election. Their refrain, to paraphrase a timeless 1970s TV series quote, was “Joe Rogan, Joe Rogan, Joe Rogan.”
Like The Brady Bunch character Marcia Brady or – for younger readers – Wicked character Glinda Upland – Rogan knew how to play the game and leverage his advantages to attract a large following.
But how does Rogan stack up against Marcia and Glinda who, as Glinda sang, ‘know about popular’? Simply put: Not well.
For instance, Glinda didn’t return to Shiz University one year and hemorrhage 25 percent of her friends in the first month back. Rather, that was Joe Rogan, as he lost his #1 spot earlier this year.
Marcia Brady did not go from being most popular at Westdale High School to having less than half the popularity of another student in just a few months’ time. That is Joe Rogan’s trajectory.
Lastly, Marcia Brady and Glinda Upland maintained their popularity despite receiving no monetary compensation for it. Joe Rogan, meanwhile, was paid around $250 million in one contract.
In just a few years on the podcast scene and without corporate backing, The MeidasTouch Podcast is exceeding the views and downloads of 16-year right-wing podcast veteran Joe Rogan.
