Guys, just venting here. One of the things that pisses me off more than most things are the people whispering about Biden stepping aside. Obama, Pelosi, etc. The thing is, those people will not be hurt by the results of this election; they’re insulated with money, power, influence. The rest of us are not, so I’m still #TeamBiden.

Uh, it’s most ordinary Dems that want Biden to step aside. We’ll lose big if he stays on the ticket.

On the fantasy island known as a candidate who could win, who’s the alternative?

Speak for yourself. LOTS of us ordinary Dems want Biden to stay in. Why are Dems so scared of their own shadow. Let’s get out there & fight!

Many of us here on Substack know that The Times doesnt like Biden, like they didn’t like Hillary & keep promoting the convicted felon. Polls can say whatever you want them to say & then all the pollsters tell you that they “correct” for the ways they were wrong last time. In other words it’s all smoke & mirrors, especially this far out. Lits of people haven’t even been paying attention.

There are tons of reasons why polls are wrong.

Longtime reader and subscriber to The NY Times. Much as it pains me, their political reporting has fallen short, into the territory of gross asymmetrical reporting, which usually translates into anti Democratic candidate/ president stories while normalizing the gross abnormality of the new Republican Party. One anti Trump Op Ed will never undo years of damage, including damage to the current administration. I cancelled my subscription. My regional paper does a far better job of accurate political reporting.

Very simple questions no one asked anyone at the RNC and never will in this campaign:

1) Virtually every speaker said “they” tried to kill Trump. Who are “they”?

2) Why did Trump need a new running mate? What happened to that Mike Pence guy?

And for our wealthy media class:

3) Trump was sad he lost the 2020 election and sent a mob to kill Congress so he wouldn’t have to stop being president. What exactly did you hear in this four-day “unity” convention that leads you to believe he’s not going to do it again?

Note 18. If Supreme court gave Biden power to do what he wants then He needs to Ignore overuse himself and just IMPLEMENT the plan regardless of those judges recent student loan ruling. JUST DO It, don't be bullied. Think about what Trump would do to use his power. Biden at least will use those powers for good. JuST say I have the power I am using it.

We need someone in the democratic arena with that kind of boldness. Biden does not seem to have that. But, let us see how he responds.

When Trump uses the word UNITY he is speaking to his Republican Party which is not 100% behind him.

“President Joe Biden feels personally hurt and betrayed by the way so many Democrats, including some of the party’s top leaders, have left him hung out to dry as he faces the biggest crisis of his political career, according to two sources familiar with his thinking. More: NBC News”

Who wouldn’t?

They stabbed him in the back. Correction they keep stabbing him in the back.

“They” told us to hold our nose & vote for (corporate hawk) Hillary. When she lost they didn’t blame themselves, or her, or their policies, they blamed us Bernie supporters. Every Bernie supporter I know personally held their nose & voted Hillary.

In 2020 with all the possible corporate candidates to choose from, only Biden was able to rise above Bernie & Warren. “They” rallied to back the corporate guy, mostly to block Bernie.

We held our nose & voted Biden & I have been happier with him than I expected but now they want to ditch him at the last minute without our input? F that!

Professor Allan Lichtman explains why Biden is the best candidate to win over Trump.

And Biden is listening to him. Democrats need to rally behind Biden.
