And did he ever win bigly. He’s so trusted by trump that he now holds the reins to slashing government orgs and funding. What I’m not sure of is whether trump’s backroom boys - Stephen Miller and Peter Navarro were instrumental in securing Elon’s approach to infiltrating Trump’s orbit during the campaign and how much influence they may have or had in what I consider to be Elon’s ‘Slashgate’. It’s usually delivered to a Texas warehouse and is sent to its intended recipients from there. What has Texas done to locate and shut down these distribution points. They obviously haven’t done enough. Therefore I propose we put tariffs on anything from Texas and hold the Texas governor responsible for his assistance in the drug trade. Are prisons in Texas ADA compliant?

Our whole lives the world saw us as the good guys. We protected smaller countries from bullies. When disaster struck we sent aid. When fascists struck our troops volunteered. Many of them still rest in well-tended cemeteries of thankful nations the world over.
Two months ago that all changed. We became the bullies. We became the fascists. And though we are the richest country in the history of the world, even 1/10th of one percent of our taxes going to help those in the poorest nations treat preventable diseases and save hundreds of thousands of lives became too much “waste” for us to afford.
You know those now in control of the Republican party are sick. You know they are criminal. You know any Republicans with the moral courage to stand up to those now in charge have been purged from the party years ago.
Now it is only you who can pull your party back from the brink and by doing so keep alive the decency and the caring at the heart of America that you and I as cooks both love.
