Thanks for the Wisconsin shoutout. On April 1st we *will* elect Judge Susan Crawford to the Wisconsin Supreme Court. This is an election vital not only to Wisconsin but also to the rest of the country. Don't think so? Then why is Leon Elon pouring so much money into the race for her opponent? Yeah, that's why.
WTF judge Chutkan? By the time they access all of this sensitive information, it will be too late (and probably already is). You're not supposed to wait for an actual crime to be committed - they are trying to prevent a significant crime from occurring.
I can think of only two ways to deal with Musk, and one of them is to grab him up and shove him in a very, very, deep, dark, hole with whereabouts unknown.

When folks used to say, "I'd rather drive than fly.", I'd tell them that they're far safer flying. Nowadays, though, I'm not so sure.
And I'm still waiting for someone to ask DOGGIE when they're going to start bringing in auditors and accountants to find all this financial fraud, waste, and abuse they've been clamoring about. Of course I know it's not got anything to do with actual fraud, waste, and abuse, it's just an excuse for Musk to get the information he needs to shut down competitors and make sure his own investigations go away.
I'm starting to think we're going to have to really take to the streets to get something done to stop this madness.

Regarding the DC Judge, I think that’s Judge Tanya Chutkan. I've been listening to very good career lawyers talk about this…once again we are at the mercy of “the letter of the law”.
So let’s say you see someone's house and it’s on fire, and you are a firefighter holding a hose full of water…and before you spray the water you need to check with administration? The house by now is completely engulfed in flames and is a total loss.And it took two weeks for that firefighter to get the OK and by then the fire has destroyed the whole city.
But that firefighter…played by the rules. Only our side is “playing by the letter of the law”...that’s why we are losing. I hope that will be some comfort as those same judges sit in Guantanamo.
And before someone comments on the “but you have to have the rule of law, or ….” we already know that. I will ask, “How’s that working out for us so far?” Passports in order (while you can get one.)
Chutkin isn’t finished though. She has asked for tangible evidence. In other words, our attorneys have to become clever and creative as to why they continue to present their case to her.
